The hotel room was a bit smaller than I hoped for a single, but the great comfortable bed helped me have a really good night's sleep. The chic bathroom with modern fittings, including an on-demand thermostatic shower and a heated towel rail, was a nice touch. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a super comfortable bed.

The staff went above and beyond by allowing an early check-in. They provided a warm welcome, excellent food, and were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was excellent, and they even enabled us to use their personal computer and printer.

The location was superb, a short walk to the best bars and restaurants and the most beautiful park. It was ideal for access into Harrogate for restaurants and cafes and only a short stroll from the station. The town centre, shops, restaurants, bars, and the station were all within very easy walking distance.
